Led by Allan, a Principal Building Surveyor with over 17 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and modular construction, our consultancy is built on deep industry knowledge and council expertise.

With a Level 6 Diploma in Building Surveying and a background in carpentry, Allan brings both technical and practical insight to every project. His five years with Auckland Council and as a Senior Building Surveyor ensure our clients benefit from an insider’s understanding of compliance pathways, reporting requirements, and council processes.
