Safe & Sanitary Report

Service Description

Get a comprehensive safe and sanitary report for your property. Our experts will evaluate your building to ensure it meets safe and sanitary as described in the New Zealand Building Act. All services have an additional $65 travel fee. A Safe and Sanitary report is a professional assessment of building work completed without consent, typically prior to 1992. It evaluates whether the work is safe to occupy and sanitary in terms of health and hygiene. These reports are lodged to the property file held by Council but do not appear on the LIM
